- Fire Safety: Extinguishers charged, doors clear.
- Electrical: Frayed cords, overloaded sockets.
- Machinery: Guards in place, e-stops accessible.
- Chemicals: Labeled, stored correctly, spill kits available.
- PPE: Are people wearing it?
Action Tracking
For every “Fail,” record the corrective action, the person responsible, and the due date.
