A log to track participation in PT schemes and ILCs, including results and follow-up actions.
Overview
Clause 7.7.2 requires participation in proficiency testing or interlaboratory comparisons. You need a 4-year plan and a record of results.
Features
- 4-Year Plan: Map out which tests/methods will be covered by PT over the accreditation cycle.
- Result Tracking: Record the Provider, Round ID, Date, and Result.
- Z-Score Analysis: Track the z-score (performance score).
- |z| ≤ 2.0: Satisfactory
- 2.0 < |z| < 3.0: Questionable (Warning)
- |z| ≥ 3.0: Unsatisfactory (Action Required)
- Action Link: Link to a Corrective Action Request (CAR) if the result is unsatisfactory.
