Overview
You are responsible for your waste until it is finally disposed of or recovered. This log helps you track every load that leaves your site.
Fields
- Date: Date of removal.
- Waste Description: EWC Code and description (e.g., “20 01 01 Paper and Cardboard”).
- Quantity: Weight or volume.
- Carrier: Name of the transport company.
- License No: Carrier’s waste carrier license number.
- Destination: Where is it going? (Transfer station, landfill, recycler).
- WTN Number: Reference number of the Waste Transfer Note.
Why Use This?
In many jurisdictions, keeping these records is a legal requirement (Duty of Care). It also helps you calculate your recycling rates for your KPIs.
