- Columns: PPE Type (Helmet, Glasses, High-Vis, Boots, Gloves, Ear Defenders).
How to Use
Mark the intersection with a tick or a specific code (e.g., “Class 2” for High-Vis). Display this matrix in the workplace so everyone knows the rules.
