Evaluation Methods
- Review of Records: Training certificates, audit logs.
- Feedback: From auditees and peers.
- Interview: Assess knowledge.
- Observation: Witnessing an audit (Shadowing).
- Testing: Written or oral exams.
Scoring
Use a simple scale (e.g., 1-5) to rate auditors on each criteria. Use the results to identify training needs.
