Capabilities
- Linearity: Enter calibration points -> Calculates Slope, Intercept, R-squared.
- Repeatability: Enter replicate data -> Calculates Mean, SD, %RSD.
- Bias: Enter measured value vs. reference value -> Calculates % Recovery and Bias.
- LOD/LOQ: Calculates Limit of Detection and Quantitation based on the SD of blanks or low-level samples (3xSD and 10xSD).
Instructions
- Select the tab for the parameter you are testing.
- Enter your raw data in the yellow cells.
- Read the results in the green cells.
- Copy the tables into your Validation Report.
